TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF MEMBERSHIP

The Freaky Dog Security Department will conduct thorough background checks prior to process of any application

Member agrees that all cannabis-related merchandise received as an optional gift to purchase other, non-marijuana-related merchandise. Freaky Dog does not sell marijuana merchandise.

• Member is financially responsible for damage to and on Freaky Dog property and all accessories provided for use on Freaky Dog property.
  


• Freaky Dog reserves the right to search any and all on Freaky Dog premises


• Becoming a member of the Freaky Dog a privilege, member are not co-owners and do not have the right to claim any property of Freaky Dog. Freaky Dog has ownership of all physical and digital property. Only under specific circumstances, owners may release physical, intellectual or digital property, under their discretion. Any property allowed to be given will also require separate paperwork


• Member may only enter with their own ID/Membership Card


• Freaky Dog is NOT responsible for any members who may be injured. Members are responsible for their own injuries on the Freaky Dog premises. Members are responsible for their own insurance coverages


• Freaky Dog is not responsible for the goods left or lost on the property.


• Prices are subject to change at the discretion of Freaky Dog. The company will give you 30 days' notice of any change in payment terms.


• Freaky Dog reserves the right to remove any  members at their own discretion


• It is a violation if members take photos or video of other members without their permission. Violation may result in revocation of membership.


• Members must be respectful of other club members and staff


• Freaky Dog reserves the right to change the rules in the future. Notice of additional changes will be sent through email 30 days before the rules take effect.

Non-Disclosure and Confidentiality Agreement

In connection with its respective evaluation of the Transaction, each member and their respective affiliates agree that all matters at Freaky Dog, stay at Freaky Dog, No Freaky Dog products, business and operations including, but not limited to, financial documents and plans, customers, suppliers, manufacturing partners, marketing strategies, vendors, products, product development plans, technical product data, product samples, costs, sources, strategies, operations procedures, proprietary concepts, inventions, sales leads, sales data, customer lists, customer profiles, technical advice or knowledge, contractual agreements, price lists, supplier lists, sales estimates, product specifications, trade secrets, distribution methods, inventories, marketing strategies, source code, software, algorithms, data, drawings or schematics, blueprints, computer programs and systems and know-how or other intellectual property of Freaky Dog and its affiliates that may be at any time furnished, communicated or delivered by Freaky Dog to Receiving Party, whether in oral, tangible, electronic or other form; (ii) the terms of any agreement, including this Agreement, and the discussions, negotiations and proposals related to any agreement; (iii) information acquired during any tours of Freaky Dog’s facilities; and (iv) all other non-public information provided by Freaky Dog whosoever. By signing this agreement I hereby certify that I do not belong to any law enforcement entities. All Confidential Information shall remain the property of Freaky Dog.
